FOOD AND WINE PAIRING WORKSHOP

Tonight you will experience different food and wine pairings to understand exactly how to match an entrée with a wine. Gary will lead this class and explain where tastes are perceived, the classic guidelines for wine and food pairing and how to come up with a pleasing match even for a challenging menu.. Single food items will be served to enable participants to try each food with all the wines, then discuss what the best match is and why. Learn how simple food and wine pairing can be, and never be ill at ease when the task falls to you. It will be an exciting exercise in using wine basics all illustrated in a down-to-earth manner by an accomplished educator.
