GRANDMA’S KITCHEN “Classic Recipes Re-Visited” Wednesday , March 3, 2010 6:30-9:00pm Join Instructor George Soos as brings back one of Laurel Run's most popular themes, “Grandma’s Kitchen”. Grandma’s was always the warmest room in the house and tonight the Laurel Run Kitchen will be the same with delicious three recipes, each with a unique story from George's culinary background. Learn how to make Spaghetti and Meat Balls as taught to George by local restaurant legend “Carrie Cerino”. Enjoy George's wife's German grandmother's Stuffed Cabbage Cabbage with Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes. We’ll make George's Grandmother Bertha, an Indiana farm girl, classic Fried Chicken with homemade Biscuits and Gravy. We will end with her warm Apple Crisp with ice cream.
