Having developed recipes for a health food store, she will share recipes suitable for your main dish. Vegetable Lasagna with sweet potatoes, zucchini, peppers, Risotto with White Beans and Spinach, an Indian Korma- style dish using pink lentils, cashews, and coconut. Enjoy a BBQ Sandwich using TVP (textured vegetable protein) with roasted cashews and onions, served with Sweet Potatoes Fries and Broccoli Slaw. NOTE: All recipes can be made completely vegan.
