Gourmet & Kitchen Shoppe

Laurel Run Cooking School’s Gourmet and Kitchen Shoppe is filled with unique and useful cooking tools and gourmet food items. I carry only tools that I use in the school and my home kitchen and food items that stock my own pantry.

Following is a small list of items that we proudly offer in our shoppe:

WUSTOFF KNIVES: We are an authorized Wustoff knife dealer.If we don’t have want you want, it can be ordered and shipped to your door. Our prices are highly competitive.

OXO products... one of my favorites being the Salad Spinner, which as rated the No. 1 salad spinner by Fine Cooking Magazine. You will also find Heat Proof Spatulas in several delicious colors...pesto, tomato, pumpkin, vanilla. OXO’s Angled Measuring Cups are a new design on an old tool...with great results.

The MICROPLANE ZESTER.....one of the best tools in your kitchen. Used to zest lemons, oranges and limes, it also works on Parmiggiano-Reggiano Cheese. What a great invention!

CHICAGO METALLIC BAKEWARE This professional line of bakeware is unsurpassed. I have owned my two loaf pans for 10 years and they continue to perform. We will carry loaf pans, French bread pans, and more.

NIELSEN-MASSEY MADAGASCAR BOURBON VANILLA The price of Vanilla has sky-rocketed. We are trying keep our’s at an affordable price for our students. We sells our at $15.95 for the 4 ounce bottle. Compare this to other stores retailing at $22.95.

WILTON BAKING PRODUCTS: cake pans in several sizes, decorating tips, quality food coloring.

Olive oils, specialty salts, gourmet jams and jellies, bread mixes, teaspoon and mush more!

HOURS OF OPERATION:
We do not have store hours. We are open 1 hour prior to our scheduled cooking classes and by appointment. We are in the school office Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM, so feel free to call to make sure we are there before you stop by! If you have any questions please call 440-984-5727
