Pecan Ginger Dip
Enjoy this zesty dip filled with crunchy texture and vibrant flavors. It is a favorite at our cooking classes at Laurel Run.

1/3 cup finely minced green onions

½ cups finely cut broccoli florets

1-8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

3/4 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup sour cream

4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) crystallized ginger, finely chopped

½ cup finely chopped pecans

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a few hours to blend flavors. Serve with any
choice of crackers. (May be made the day ahead).
